Policies

    By placing an order with Little Dory Designs, you agree that you have read and understand the descriptions of the products you have ordered as well as our policies.

    • Local Pick Up

      All local pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of completion. If not, your order will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be provided for abandoned orders. Little Dory Designs reserves the right to reclaim any items not collected after 30 days.

    • If you selected 'Local Pickup' at checkout, you will receive an email once your order is ready containing a pick up address. A pick up time can be selected at check-out.

      We ask that you kindly respect this pickup time by showing up within the given time slot. Orders that have not been claimed by the end of a time slot will require the purchaser to rebook a new time. If you have any questions regarding pick ups, please email: info@littledorydesigns.com.

    • Personalized Orders

      It is the responsibility of the customer to review any orders containing personalization for errors (i.e. spelling, grammar, design issues, etc.) prior to production. If errors are discovered post-production - no matter if they are the fault of the customer, Little Dory Designs or a third party, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacing the item(s).

    • Refunds & Exchanges

      Refunds and exchanges are available on "blank" products. Refund amount will be processed using original payment method.

      Items that have been personalized are final sale.

    • Shipping

      All orders are shipped anywhere in North America via Canada Post and average 5-14 business days for delivery. Shipping times are calculated at checkout based on location and desired shipping method.

      Little Dory Designs is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed during transit. If your package is delayed, you must contact Canada Post and provide them your tracking number.

    • Payment

      All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase.

      If you are placing a pre-order/ special order, a 50% deposit must be paid up front to secure your order. This amount is non-refundable.

    • Placing An Order

      Ordering is available through our website and the Shop App only. Unfortunately, we are not accepting order via direct messaging on our social media accounts at this time.

      We do, however, welcome our customers to send any questions, comments or concerns to us via social media direct messaging or email.
